Ultimately helping the client with the decision-making process, while increasing sales by proposing the products which the webshop visitor is looking for.

The same can be done for other types of companies. As a first step we can read documents hosted on internal SharePoint sites, internet pages, PDFs stored on cloud drives, as well as files on local servers. In the second step, everything gets indexed, using a vector database and semantic search powered by modern embeddings, meaning the chatbot understands the context of what's being asked, not just keywords.

This kind of chatbox can easily answer questions like:
• "What's our policy on remote work travel reimbursements?"
• "Can you summarize the last three board meeting minutes?"
• "Where can I find the latest product features?"

In short: it behaves like an internal knowledge assistant, trained on your company's content; with privacy, security, and control.
